For employees looking for an alternative to driving along congested roadways, theconnector is a viable, practical and affordable solution. In 2016, all of theconnector commuter shuttles were converted from gasoline to Propane Autogas. Some benefits of theconnector include:

• work while you ride with FREE Wi-Fi
• save on gas, tolls and auto maintenance costs
• reduce your carbon foot print (theconnector shuttles, now powered with Propane Autogas, utilize over 20% less carbon monoxide, 40% less nitrogen oxides and 10% less carbon dioxide)
At just a $1 per ride for employees and tenants of participating companies ($2 for all other riders), riders who use the shuttle at least three times per week, save an estimated $1,398 annually*. Start saving today!
Tickets can be purchased online* or at the KOP-BID Office (234 Mall Blvd., Ste 150, King of Prussia) or riders can pay exact cash on theconnector shuttle. Tickets are priced at a reduced rate for employees and tenants of the below participating companies. One ticket is required per ride.
*Tickets purchased online will be mailed to the address provided during your PayPal transaction. Please include your shipping address during checkout. Allow for 3-5 business days for shipping. Only Ten Pack tickets are sold online. Single tickets may be purchased at the KOP-BID and on theconnector. All ticket purchases are final sale. No refunds will be provided. Tickets do not have an expiration date.
In 2012, KOP-BID was awarded a $500,000 three-year CMAQ Grant by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC). The grant provides partially funded the commuter shuttle through June 2016. Currently, theconnector is funded by a number of King of Prussia companies. In addition, the King of Prussia District provides annual support, and raises additional revenue through ticket sales and advertising.
theconnector is a commuter shuttle service, created by the King of Prussia District (KOP-BID), that transports employees from SEPTA’s Norristown Transportation Center and Wayne Regional Rail station to the businesses in and around the King of Prussia business park. The shuttles have Wi-Fi, bicycle racks and are ADA compliant.
Two shuttles, one each route, travel to/from SEPTA’s Norristown Transportation Center and SEPTA’s Wayne Station and the King of Prussia business park. The shuttles run during the AM and PM rush hours and stop at large offices and employment centers within and near the business park.
Ticket prices are $1 per ride for employees and tenants of participating corporate partners (see above list). Employees and tenants of non-participating companies pay $2 per ride. Multi-ride packs of ten (10) are also available.

theconnector is tailored for those individuals working in the King of Prussia business park. However, the general public can ride theconnector‘s fixed schedule to the business park with purchased tickets or with payment of cash on board.
